Your YBB doula knows that labor is highly individual and what works for you may change from hour to hour – thankfully, with over 400 births under our belts, we’re never short on ideas. - Are you concerned that your partner will feel overwhelmed? That he/she wants to help but might like some guidance?
We recognize how important their role is and strive to help them to be as involved as they’d like, whether that means teaching them how to do double hip squeezes or directing them to the nearest ice machine . Your YBB doula will also be there to reassure your partner and answer any questions, plus provide opportunities for them to get some air or food, use the restroom, or even catch a few zzzs. - Are you experiencing information overload?
